Tribute to Hugh Turpin

 

Most Old St Beghians will be unaware that Hugh Turpin, who has been Director of Music for the last 30 years, will be retiring in July. As a tribute to his considerable contribution to Music at St Bees, the School is planning to hold a musical event
on the afternoon of Saturday 29th June.

If there are any musicians/singers who were taught by Hugh Turpin and who would be willing to come back and perform for him at this informal music event, we would love to hear from you.
